Queenborough is a historic town with a rich heritage on the north-east coast of Kent on the Isle of Sheppey.   Wandering around its historic streets there are a wide range of heritage buildings and sites.  These range from the beautiful small church built at the end of the 14th century, the site of the castle built by King Edward III in 136l and the lovely Guildhall, still in use as a municipal building, built in 1793.  Our town not only has an amazing history, rich architecture but also a vibrant community.

The Queenborough Society was formed in 1964 to promote this beautiful historic town, provide information about its history and heritage and to bring this to life and to ensure that the town develops, but in a way which respects its heritage and architecture.
